Meet the neighbours at The Brentford Project film

The Brentford Project - Waterside Event

Blending riverside living with High Street convenience, our latest homes at The Brentford Project offer the very best of urban life, all set against a lush, green backdrop. Now, in a new film, we hear from some of the first residents who’ve made The Brentford Project their home — and why they say it’s the best move they’ve ever made.

“I couldn’t think of a better place to be”; that was the view of one of the residents we interviewed for our new film at The Brentford Project – Ballymore’s newest neighbourhood in London.

More than 450 residents now reside here, each living in brilliantly designed new homes surrounded by shops, restaurants, an Everyman Cinema, green spaces and a luxurious outdoor swimming pool – a feature one customer tells us helps her feel as if she is “permanently on holiday”.

With views across Syon Park, and over the water to Kew Gardens and beyond, The Brentford Project is a new residential quarter providing a new way to live in the city, with green vistas and the sound of water a part of everyday life.

With views across Syon Park, and over the water to Kew Gardens and beyond, The Brentford Project is a new residential quarter providing a new way to live in the city, with green vistas and the sound of water a part of everyday life.

It was this magical mix which made the choice of living here an unequivocal yes for one resident who recalls visiting for the first time on a very rainy day: “It was March 2023, and the most dreadful weather, and yet I still fell in love with the apartment,” she says. “It’s so vibrant and my home overlooks lots of trees, while the river runs right below my balcony. I couldn’t think of a better place to be.”

The Brentford Project aspires to provide a connected life with a focus on wellbeing as well as meeting the fast-paced life inherent with city living. It is by tapping into both realities and creating a space which embraces both that makes The Brentford Project standout. As another resident shares: “moving here is the best decision I’ve made in years” with another concluding that they were incredibly happy living in Chiswick over the last 25 years and couldn’t quite believe they are “even happier here”.

“It’s so vibrant and my home overlooks lots of trees, while the river runs right below my balcony. I couldn’t think of a better place to be.”

Homes here are attracting a multitude of buyers from downsizers, to young professionals, resulting in a dynamic and bustling new community which is already thriving.  One resident says that although it’s only been two months since he moved in, it already “feels like home”.

The mix of restaurants, shops and cinema is making this one of London’s most exciting new destinations to visit – with one customer saying the amenities help her feel like “part of a community”, adding: “to be part of something that is new but has more development to come, makes me really happy. I am surrounded by really good people.”

Customers also said that The Brentford Project gives their life “the perfect balance” and moving here is “the best decision I’ve made in years.”  Another customer echoed the sentiment adding: “We love it. Every day I come home and think ‘I live here’. We’re really, really happy”, while another said: “it still feels exciting and new, but already feels like home!”.

The Brentford Project offers a rare combination of easy modern living thanks to this unique positioning – supplemented by a breathtaking backdrop of water and greenery and premium amenities with a gym, health spa, 24-hour concierge desk complimenting the swimming pool.
