We deliver projects across mixed use developments, urban regeneration and residential communities. Our integrated teams manage every stage of each project, from acquisition and planning through to design, delivery, marketing and sales.

With more than 40 years of experience and thousands of homes delivered, our construction team manages the full build process from start to finish.

Supported by procurement specialists, designers, commercial managers and site teams, we deliver complex projects from preconstruction to aftercare. Over the past seven years, we have completed more than 10 million square feet of development, while leading the industry in health and safety and sustainable construction.

Wardian Construction

We know that moving in is just the beginning. Across 1.6 million square feet of commercial, retail and leisure space and more than 12,000 homes, we manage day-to-day life with the same care as the original build.

From public art and events to fitness facilities, safety systems and parcel delivery, our dedicated teams ensure everything runs smoothly for residents and businesses alike.

With deep experience in underwriting development and asset management opportunities, our fully in-house team continually sources projects on and off market that we can shape and grow over the long term.

How We Do - Investment

Our vertically integrated model gives us a clear advantage across both sales and marketing. We create brand new identities for each development, delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns where people and place are central to our thinking. In many cases, we design and deliver purpose-built marketing and event spaces, with community events playing a key role in activating these places and bringing them to life.

Our experienced in-house team, working with leading agencies, has completed more than 10,000 unit sales in the past decade. With tailored launch events and, where appropriate, dedicated sales galleries, we make the buying journey clear and straightforward, resulting in many customers returning to Ballymore for their next home or investment.

From the earliest stage of the process, Ballymore’s expert team can connect you to our network of specialist advisors, making sure that every step of the journey to your new home is a positive one. Our Impact

Long before the first brick is laid on a Ballymore project, we focus on understanding the people and places most affected by our developments. Creating strong, thriving neighbourhoods and making a positive difference in the communities where we work is as important to us as delivering high-quality buildings. New jobs, apprenticeships and training, arts and cultural spaces, schools, and improved local infrastructure are integral to what we do.

We engage with communities long before building begins and remain involved long after completion to support their continued growth across all our projects. In Roscommon, we launched a €500,000 pilot fund for construction apprenticeships. At London City Island, we created training opportunities for pre-apprenticeship job seekers while delivering a new home for the English National Ballet.

Over the past decade, we have invested more than £2,000,000 in creative initiatives, including a collection of murals at Dublin Arch, public sculptures in Embassy Gardens, and major events at The Brentford Project and Goodluck Hope.

We have partnered with artists and creators and supported programmes such as Dublin Gallery Weekend while backing cultural tenants in our developments including the World Heart Beat music centre, Trinity Art Gallery and Lighthouse Studio.

On a community level, we support a range of children’s summer camps, sports trusts, teams and clubs across Ireland. We are also involved in care programmes for families with complex needs and in Dublin have contributed to equine and music therapy facilities for children with autism. We have also invested in an urban mini-forest in Bray as part of the 100 Million Trees programme, and are supporting schoolchildren in Roscommon in their quest to plant 7,500 trees.

These initiatives reflect who we are as a business. We understand what helps neighbourhoods not just survive, but flourish, and are committed to being long-term partners – fully invested in the future of the communities we help to shape.
