Ballymore wins its second Guaranteed Irish Award

Guaranteed Irish Award

Ballymore has been named Construction Business of the Year at the prestigious Guaranteed Irish Awards ceremony, recognising the company’s continued contribution to placemaking, job creation and the delivery of high-quality homes and neighbourhoods.

AWARDS

The award celebrates Ballymore’s role in shaping communities across Ireland, and our longstanding commitment to Irish enterprise, craftsmanship and innovation within the construction sector.

Presented at a ceremony in Dublin, the accolade also highlights our track record of delivering landmark developments and vibrant mixed-use destinations that combine homes, workplaces, culture and public space. Over the past four decades, Ballymore has grown into one of Ireland’s most respected developers, delivering projects that reflect both design ambition and a strong sense of place.

Pat Phelan, Managing Director at Ballymore, said: “We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition from Guaranteed Irish. Ballymore has always believed in the power of great places to bring people together, and this award is a testament to the talented teams, partners and communities we work with every day.

“Our projects are about much more than construction – they’re about creating neighbourhoods that stand the test of time. To be recognised by an organisation that champions Irish business and quality makes this particularly meaningful for us.”

Sean Mulryan - Chairman, CEO and Founder, Ballymore

The award comes at a time of wider recognition for the company’s leadership, with Ballymore Chairman, CEO and Founder Sean Mulryan receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Business Post on the same day – a celebration of his five-decade career in property development and his lasting contribution to shaping neighbourhoods across Ireland and beyond.
