Riverscape is our latest riverfront development in the heart of the Royal Docks, sitting alongside our 40-acre neighbourhood at Royal Wharf.

Ballymore is delivering this pioneering new place in collaboration with Oxley – a longstanding partner with whom we are creating one of the capital's greenest and best-connected developments.

Riverscape comprises 769 homes – a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with open plan layouts and flexible floorplans. Among them are 207 affordable apartments at East River Wharf offering Shared Ownership, affordable rent and social rent properties.
