River Walk: a homecoming for Ballymore
Ballymore Eustace, County Kildare, Ireland

OVERVIEW
Set in the village of Ballymore Eustace, where Ballymore built its very first showhouse in 1982, this award-winning community of 80 energy-efficient homes marks a return to where it all began.
Available in two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts, these cottage-style homes take their cues from traditional Irish design. Ballymore worked closely with local architects, residents and environmental groups to shape the scheme, creating jobs in the area along the way.
The result is a collection of A-rated homes, built with premium, innovative materials to be exceptionally energy-efficient. Inside, high ceilings and abundant natural light make the most of every room.
More than just individual residential properties, River Walk is a connected, cohesive part of a wider community and a thoughtful extension of the existing village. New walkways have been built for local residents, with road and public transport connections close by.
The Hub is a central co-working space and a focal point for the area’s professional community. River Walk balances innovation with tradition and the quiet comfort of a village home.
This is a project which sets a new standard for the development of rural Ireland.
