Hampton Demesne is a new neighbourhood in north County Dublin that will be brought forward by Ballymore in partnership with the Land Development Agency (LDA).
The project will ultimately deliver more than 800 affordable purchase, cost rental and social homes in a vibrant coastal setting. Phase I will see 259 new homes, including 207 for affordable purchase and 52 social homes, alongside a new public park with playgrounds, games areas, outdoor gym, skateboard plaza and bike track.

Significant infrastructure improvements – including the Castlelands Link Street and a new bridge over the Dublin–Belfast rail line – will help connect the community and improve access across the town.
Set across 25 hectares on the southern edge of Balbriggan, the project will support one of Ireland’s youngest and fastest-growing populations with high-quality, sustainable homes and imaginative public spaces.
