We have also invested in new construction methods at 8th Lock, raising the bar for sustainability. It is here that we became the first business in Ireland to invest in CarbonCure technology – an innovative construction process that prevents the release of significant CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. And we placed a strong emphasis on ecological preservation at 8th Lock, creating swift homes and a peregrine falcon nest onsite.

8th Lock is the final piece of the jigsaw in the 162,000 sq m Royal Canal Park development – somewhere that consists of over 1,630 residences, office space, cafes and retail units including an Aldi supermarket.
