We are delighted to announce that Ballymore has achieved the In-house Research Gold Award for customer satisfaction in 2022 with 96.9% of customers happy to recommend us to a friend, family or colleague.
In-house surveys are 20-minute phone surveys conducted by an independent market research company for all customers in the weeks after they legally complete on a property. The surveys cover all aspects of their customer journey including sales, completions, Aftercare and BAML.
The Gold Award is accredited to companies that achieved a customer recommendation score of 90% or above, based on feedback from customers who legally completed in 2022.
A special mention goes out to Wardian and The Brentford Project which both received a 100% customer satisfaction rating.
