PA/Sales Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join Ballymore has opened up in the Sales & Marketing Department supporting the Director of Sales. Based in our Head Office in Canary Wharf with easy transport links. A strong PA with proven skills on Excel using formula, pivots, V Look ups and formatting and a really strong attention to detail. You will need to have excellent personal presentation as you will be attending events from time to time.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Prioritise work to ensure

    that deadlines and targets are met within the appropriate time scales.

  • Deal with telephone

    enquiries as necessary and any associated follow up.

  • Deal with email

    correspondence and replies, as necessary, keeping the team updated with

  • Deal with all written

    correspondence as required.

  • Deal with confidential and

    sensitive information appropriately.

  • Plan and organise the diary

    to make efficient use of time.

  • Inform attendees of

    forthcoming meetings and prepare agendas as necessary.

  • To attend meetings as

    directed

  • Maintain filing systems both

    electronic & paper efficiently at all times.

  • Liaising with internal

    and external stakeholders as required.

  • Deal with incoming post

    (including Private and Confidential) on direction.

  • To create Generic Files and

    forms to be used for future developments.

  • To pro-actively solve

    problems and recommend changes to make improvements.

  • Produce reports as directed.
  • Any other office related

    tasks to include photocopying, faxing, post, registered mail.
