Job Description

People Administrator - Permanent, Dublin

Hours of work: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: €35,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

This role is fast paced, supporting our corporate business. To be successful, you must enjoy working in a collaborative and changing environment and able to multitask. The role is pivotal in providing a proactive, empathetic and accurate HR service to our people through our administration processes. Reporting into the People Business Partner and People Director, you will be responsible for the best-in-class delivery of our people operations services to the business. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team’s group mailbox on a daily basis, as well as taking action on people-related queries from the business, escalating to the People Business Partner when needed.

  • Ensuring accurate database maintenance of all people-systems, keeping all data clean across multiple platforms and administered within processing timelines.  

  • Administering full employee-lifecycle administration processes including the starters, leavers, changes and payroll processes underpinned by systems and database administration and maintenance: 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, with confidence to communicate with all stakeholders across the business.

  • An empathetic approach – this role partners our people and we should put them at the forefront when working through people-related matters

  • Good Microsoft Office skills. 

  • A developing knowledge of legislation and the practical application of the law in terms of policies in a commercial environment.

  • A developing understanding of HR practices, procedures and strong technical skills, particularly in relation to employment law and policy development.

  • Highly organised, flexible team player with excellent prioritisation, strong follow-up skills and an eye for detail.

  • Full clean drivers licence.

  • Experience working with Sage payroll systems is desirable.
