Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaise, coordinate, and integrate with all internal departments to develop and update the project execution plan for each project.
  • Develop project specific programs and workflows including key milestones for each using Microsoft Project or similar.
  • Report weekly on each project including program status, issues effecting progress and identifying items which need to be resolved at a higher level.
  • Chair and record design team meetings including agreeing items to be delivered from each consultant.
  • Actively engaging the design team to ensure information is delivered in a timely manner and in line with meeting records.
  • Involvement in the appointment process of consultant team(s).
  • Prepare roles and responsibility matrices for the consultant team on each project.
  • Coordinate internal commentary on design progression to ensure program is maintained and each department is up to speed with progress.
  • Monitor and ensure design progression complies with building regulations, planning legislation and statutory requirements including challenging the design team on all aspects.
  • Liaise with third party stakeholders, statutory authorities, and Local Authorities regarding any matters relevant to the project including being the main point of contact for the project.
