Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual to interface with homeowners and contractors to ensure a positive experience for our customers. This individual will act as a liaison for the customers, to carry out visits to properties, and assist with any queries, ensuring the customer has the best possible experience.
We are looking for a candidate with the relevant experience within the construction industry, and knowledge of the various elements involved in residential development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with site teams on the creation of homeowner packs ahead of first closings.
- Arranging site visits.
- Documenting and reporting on inspections following these visits.
- Interacting with the works team.
- Co-ordinating remedial works and procurement of required materials.
- Managing sub-contractors.
- Tracking progress of works.
- Identify trends in what is being communicated by the customer.
- Reporting to the design team any relevant information.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management capacity on site (Finishing foreman/Site Manager roles).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organised in administration with strong diary management.
- I.T proficient and ability to adapt to the use of new applications – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full Irish drivers licence.
