Job Description

Main duties:

  • Diary management
  • Setting meetings, following up with agendas and ensuring the correct stakeholders are in attendance in line with deliverable time frames.
  • Answering calls, emails and liaising with clients
  • Flagging urgent emails where a response or urgent action is needed.
  • Taking dictation, sending out email communications where directed
  • Dealing with team invoicing and the necessary supporting documentation.
  • Assisting in managing key suppliers Organising travel, where applicable
  • Attending meetings where appropriate, taking action points and writing minutes
  • Preparing documents and presentations.
  • Planning and organising team social events
  • Conducting research
  • Managing and reviewing filing systems
  • Typing documents
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience within a Project Management / Team Assistant / Personal Assistant role
  • Process driven mentality
  • Organised, detailed and happy to work in a fluid, fast paced environment
  • Project Management skills
