Are you passionate about property sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Ballymore is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in selling homes across a new landmark development.
About the role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Ballymore for prospective buyers, guiding them through every step of the sales journey. From initial enquiry to completion, you’ll ensure a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience.
Key responsibilities
- Comply with all relevant legislation affecting residential sales operations.
- Achieve individual and team sales performance targets.
- Register enquiries, arrange appointments, and conduct viewings.
- Follow a structured sales journey and qualifying process.
- Negotiate offers and liaise with management for approvals.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist with maintaining the marketing suite and show apartments.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the development to confidently communicate and sell to potential buyers.
- Support sales progression and ensure smooth handovers.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the new build market and off-plan sales experience
- Previous property sales experience, ideally within an on-site sales team.
- Sales experience gained in Canary Wharf is preferable
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
