We’re now seeking a visionary Head of Asset Management to lead the commercial strategy across BAML, driving cost efficiency, competitive advantage, operational excellence and outstanding customer satisfaction. This is a chance to influence major assets, deliver meaningful transformation, and lead talented teams across Facilities, Procurement, and Energy & Sustainability.

Responsibilities in role: 

  • Develop and deliver commercial strategies that elevate performance and unlock value.
  • Identify partnership and service enhancement opportunities across the asset portfolio.
  • Lead the business in maximising cost effectiveness across all operational areas.
  • Drive efficiency, reduce operating costs and ensure sustainable financial success.
  • Analyse and evolve the current operating model.
  • Design and roll out digital services that improve operations, customer experience and service delivery.
  • Lead procurement strategies ensuring best value for customers and the business.
  • Build strong, effective supplier relationships aligned with Ballymore standards.
  • Inspire, motivate and empower cross‑functional teams to deliver commercial goals and a high‑performance culture.
  • Understand customer behaviour and expectations to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure services consistently deliver value and reinforce Ballymore’s commitment to exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee commercial risks, ensuring alignment with Ballymore’s mission and values.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Strong strategic thinking and long‑term planning capability
  • Proven experience in negotiation, deal‑making and commercial decision-making
  • Skilled leader with experience managing and developing diverse teams
  • Ability to conduct market analysis, research and competitive benchmarking
  • Robust financial acumen, with confidence in budget management and commercial modelling
