Ballymore Wins Two Major Property Awards
At the recent Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards held in Warsaw, Ballymore was awarded two of the major awards on the night. These awards, in association with the Financial Times, recognize excellence in real estate.
Ballymore was awarded "Building of the Year 2010” for Eurovea in Bratislava. This was a great achievement considering the high calibre of the other candidates from all across the region.
Ballymore was also awarded "Retail Development of the Year 2010” for Eurovea. This development is right on the banks of the Danube and within walking distance of the old city of Bratislava. It has attracted visitors from all over Slovakia and from neighbouring Vienna.
With over 300 entries to choose from, it was a remarkable evening for Ballymore to come away with the two most prestigious awards.
