Ballymore Wins Another Major International Award
MAPIC, the International forum for the retail real estate industry holds annual awards in Cannes, France each year. Last week, an International panel of Retail Industry Leaders gave the prestigious award of "Best Retail Development 2011” to The Ballymore Group for the design of the retail centre in Bratislava, Slovakia called "Eurovea".
"Rewarding excellence, innovation and creativity has been MAPIC Awards’ motto for the past 15 years. Eurovea, Ballymore’s development in Bratislava is the worthy winners of this year’s very prestigious award of - Best Retail Development 2011" said Chairman of the judging Panel, Mr John Strachan, Global Head of Retail, Cushman & Wakefield.
Accepting the Award, Mr Sean Mulryan, Chairman & Group Chief Executive of The Ballymore Group said "This prestigious award is testimony to our attention to detail in design and the experience built up over the last 30 years at Ballymore".
