We readily acknowledge that we tend to be ambitious in our ideas. From the very outset, our plans for the development of Snowhill in Birmingham were pushing the boundaries. Not only were we planning the largest commercial leasing outside of London for many years, we were aiming at the very top: to attract world class business tenants, we would need to meet the most demanding commercial requirements. Just for good measure, we also proposed to build the tallest residential tower in Britain, outside of London. We achieved our ambitions: Phase 1 of the Snowhill development was up, running and fully occupied in just four years and it helps to consolidate Birmingham’s cherished position as Britain’s second city.
