The Mastmaker Road project offered us the opportunity to show that a mixed development of high density housing and apartments, with public and private open spaces, could become a showcase of innovation and sustainability, if the right people are involved and share the same vision. From the earliest stages of planning through to completion, Mastmaker Road has been seen as an exemplar of its kind and has attracted many awards as a result.
