WARRANTY
Your home is protected by NHBC Buildmark Cover. This warranty is underwritten by the NHBC (National House Building Council), which is the independent regulator for the new build property industry.
The NHBC Buildmark Cover warranty provides protection during the construction of your new home against the loss of your deposit of up to 10% of the contract purchase price in the unlikely event that Ballymore should fail to complete because of bankruptcy, insolvency or fraud.
During the construction process, experienced NHBC Inspectors work closely with our Construction team advising on the latest techniques to ensure their rigorous quality standards are, at the very least, met.
Every Ballymore property is designed and built to meet or exceed all NHBC Standards.
The NHBC warranty provides protection against the unlikely event of major structural defects for 10 years from completion of your property. For the first two years Ballymore After Care team will be responsible for any defects within your property in accordance with the warranty cover.
Full details of which will be included in your Property Ledger presented to you on Handover. NHBC policy details will be forwarded to you by your solicitor upon legal completion.
