When reserving your Ballymore property you will be asked by your Sales Consultant to complete a Ballymore reservation form and pay your reservation fee which confirms the sale has been made and both are in agreement that you accept the terms and conditions of buying with Ballymore.

From the date of your reservation you will be given the timescale in which to exchange contracts. This period will give you time to arrange your finances (If necessary) and for your instructed solicitor to carry out the essential legal work.

You exchange contracts and enter into a binding contract with Ballymore Group
