EXCHANGE OF CONTRACTS

Once you have exchanged contracts you will be contacted by our Customer Relations team who will introduce themselves to you and confirm the anticipated build completion date. Your Customer Relations Consultant is your first point of contact from exchange through to legal completion.

We will also give you details of our preferred rental agents, financial advisors and furniture companies.

Your Customer Relations Consultant will contact you on a regular basis to update you on the progress of construction and subsequent build completion dates.

Upon reservation you will be given an anticipated quarterly build completion date by your Sales Consultant.

The build completion date is the estimated date we will be serving notice on your property.

Our quarterly dates are as follows:

  • Quarter 1 – January, February, March
  • Quarter 2 – April, May, June
  • Quarter 3 – July, August, September
  • Quarter 4 – October, November, December

We recommend that until notice is served by our solicitor you should not make any firm arrangements in respect of completion as until the date has been confirmed and notice has been served the dates are neither fixed nor guaranteed.

As we get closer to build completion we will advise a more accurate date.
