BALLYMORE CUSTOMER CHARTER

This customer charter sets out our commitment to provide you with service, procedures and information at appropriate stages during the purchase of your new Ballymore Property.

  1. We have procedures in place to meet the commitments we have stated in our customer charter
  2. Our marketing material and advertising to the public will be clear and  honest
  3. We will provide you with detailed information about your chosen development and apartment prior to sale
  4. We will make our cancellation policy clear to you from the outset
  5. We will advise who to contact at every stage of your purchase; from reservation to exchange, through to legal completion and throughout warranty period
  6. We will provide regular updates about the construction progress of the development and an estimated completion date for your new property
  7. We will ensure your property is completed in accordance with your contract before you legally complete
  8. Once notice has been served we will demonstrate all functions within your new property and facilities available to you around the development
  9. if you are purchasing a property located in the UK, We will provide you with information about NHBC’s 10 Year Buildmark Warranty along with your Property Ledger when we Handover your new property
  10. We will provide you with Health & Safety advice to minimise potential risks while you are living in your new home
  11. We will provide you with a helpful and efficient after-care service for 2 years after Legal completion
  12. You will be contacted by an independent customer satisfaction survey company on behalf of the Ballymore Group approximately 6 weeks after you move into your new home, so you can advise whether you are content with your new home and the service you’ve received
