AFTER CARE

Once legal completion has taken place you have the benefit of NHBC Buildmark warranty which is covered by Ballymore After Care team for a period of two years for any remedial defects.

Your After Care Coordinator is your first point contact for any issues that arise following the handover of your property.

Full procedures and guidelines will be provided in your Property Ledger upon Handover.
